The printed course materials are so detailed I honestly think that between it and the experience of the live class I can confidently recreate these amazing bagels on my own. The environment and Julianne’s teaching style created a really lovely afternoon, learning so much more than I’d anticipated (and we ate insane, hot, fresh-from-the-oven bagels, so that was awesome!).
