In this workshop, you will learn how to mix, knead, shape, proof, boil, seed, and bake tricky gluten-free dough to make a flavorful, chewy, delicious gluten-free bagel you can call your own. Note: This workshop takes place in a mixed use kitchen where gluten flours are present. While this workshop is all gluten-free, the environment is not. Please note, the flours used in the gluten-free bagel workshop are certified gluten-free. In some cases, the flour may contain certified gluten-free wheat starch. If you have a wheat allergy and cannot tolerate de-glutenized wheat starch please contact the instructor for an alternate flour option. Thanks.
